My name is Stacey Cheryl Lunsford. I am the founder of Arise and Shine For Jesus Ministries. I love to write and I started out sending poems and inspirational emails to my family and friends. When I started getting so many positive responses, the Lord inspired me to create an inspirational website called, ARISE & SHINE FOR JESUS. Arisenshine is a Christian website that feeds the hungry, soothes the hurting and encourages the broken to know like Jehoshaphat that the battle is not theirs, but the battle is the Lord's! All About Me
Who am I? I am 35, a single parent of three and a professional. I love the Lord with my whole heart (Jesus healed my broken heart), with all of my soul, with all of my mind and with all of my strength. Which in Mark 20:30, is the first commandment.
Jesus is my 1st husband. My children are my 1st ministry. Brandon Lee is 14 and he like King David has a heart that seeks and loves the Lord!
Cedric Cotrel is 6 and he is going to boldly preach God's word like James did in the New Testament.
Tamar Faith is 23 months and God is going to use her in a mighty way, at an early age. She will do the work of an evangelist. We live in the "City of Brotherly Love and Sisterly Affection," Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
My vision is to bring good news to those who who suffer.
Isaiah 61:1-4
For the Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound. To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified. And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations.

2 Timothy 4:5-8
but watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry. For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them them also that love his appearing.
